Chunky Taffy Apple Salad

"I got this recipe from a gal I used to teach with. It is a little time consuming to make as it must sit in the fridge over night but it is worth the effort and time involved."

  1. Very tasty! I sometimes add more apples since the recipe makes so much of the rich sauce.

  2. I love this recipe. I add some sliced marachino cherries for color and texture.

  3. I love this recipe, my local grocery store used to make it in their deli but hasn't for years and I've always wanted to make it myself. It is so yummy!

  4. Thanks for posting this one KT's Mom! I've made this for many years. DH's Aunt Karen first shared this one with us at a family gathering and we enjoyed it so much that had to have the recipe. It is nice to take to potlucks. I'll be storing this in my cookbook "Great Cooks Think Alike" where I store recipes that great Zaar chefs (like you) make and are made by our family too. Thanks again.
