- 6 dried figs, quartered
- 6 prunes, quartered
- 1⁄3 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄3 cup roasted soybeans
- 1⁄3 cup slivered almonds
- 1⁄2 cup 100% all-bran cereal (twig-style)
- 1⁄4 cup chocolate-covered raisins
- 1⁄2 cup shreddies cereal
- 1⁄2 cup Cheerios toasted oat cereal
- 1⁄4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1⁄3 cup raisins
- 1⁄4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
- 1⁄4 cup miniature chocolate chip
directions
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
- Store in zip-top bags or a tightly lidded container.
- Variation for High-Energy, High-Protein requirements (in photo): Add ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts, ¼ cup chopped walnuts, ¼ cup whole cashews, chopped, 1/3 cup chopped dates and 2/3 cup chopped pecans.
