  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line baking pan with waxed paper.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Spread evenly onto pan.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cut into 20 small rectangles or for fun use a drinking glass to cut bars into circles.
  • You can use sugar free vanilla icing to add decorative lines across the bar (this will add an extra 10-20 calories to your bar).
