  1. Place banana pieces in a non-stick side saute' pan on medium heat.
  2. Add butter.
  3. Add brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Heat until combined and bubbling.
  5. CAREFULLY add rum.
  6. WITH CAUTION, flambe' if desired.
  7. Removed from burner to cool slightly.
  8. Transfer frozen cream puffs to individual serving bowl.
  9. Spoon 1/4 of bananas and sauce on top of cream puffs.
  10. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
