  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Spray a 9x9x2-inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in dried fruit, oatmeal and peanuts; set aside.
  3. Beat together egg, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour mixture. Pour into prepared pan.
  5. Bake in oven until cake tester or toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Cut into 12 bars.
