  • 4 cups ice cubes
  • 2 cups tamarind nectar
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute, or until slushy.
  • Pour into 4 tall glasses and serve.

  1. I loved this beverage! I didn't have tamarind nectar, so I used my tamarind syrup that called for 1 part to 4 parts water. Added the juice of half a lime and an ice cube tray of cubes. So refreshing! Made for ZWT 9
