- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 meddium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENT INTO CROCK POT. COOK FOR 5-6 HOURS.
