  • Place the couscous in a large bowl and pour over the Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add 1 1/4 cups of boiling water from the kettle, mix well, then add the remaining ingredients except the chicken.
  • Cover the mixture and leave in a cool place for at least 15 minutes.
  • Stir in the cooked chicken and serve.

  1. Delicious and easy to do - great for any week night when there is a time shortage ! I upped the vegies and enjoyed the versatility of this recipe . Subbed turkey mince, cooked and at room temp for the chicken very successfully.
