Tangy Cranberry Sauce

  • Chop onion.
  • Place onion and all ingredients except cranberry sauce in a food processor and process until almost smooth.
  • Transfer to a saucepan and add cranberry sauce.
  • Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
  • Simmer uncovered until thickened, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
