  • Slice cucumbers thin into a colander. Sprinkle with salt and toss.
  • Let stand 30 minutes. Rinse and drain well.
  • Chop tomatoes and onion and combine with cucumber in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together in another bowl oil, honey, celery salt, basil, mustard, garlic powder, oregano and cayenne.
  • Pour over cucumber mixture and chill for several hours.
  • Use slotted spoon to serve.
