1. I thought these were really good, but my husband and daughter thought they were awful. Who cares what they think? More for me! I used balsamic, and thought they had a nice sweet and sour tatste. Thank-you!

 2. Loved these green beans... I was getting tired of the usual way I prepare them (bacon & onions) and these were great. The only thing I did differently was to add another can of green beans. It was the perfect ratio with the other ingredients for us. Not too sweet or tangy. I used apple cider vinegar and unsalted butter. I also topped them with just a sprinkling of grated pecorino romano, since that is what I had in the fridge... Thanks for posting!!!

 4. We liked it- I used basalmic vinegar, and will try cider vinegar next time for a little more wang. It was fast, easy, and better than just nuking the beans and putting butter/salt on.

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
