Tangy Tuna Tacos

- 1 (85 g) can Starkist lemon and cracked pepper tuna fillets
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, style dressing
- 2 hard taco shells
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon shredded carrot
- 1 tablespoon part-skin mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon salsa
directions
- Add the mayo to the tuna.
- Place the lettuce leaves in the bottom of the taco shells.
- Divide the tuna salad between the two tacos.and top with shredded with carrots, cheese and tangy salsa.
- To keep it altogether, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap before transferring to a resealable container. Great for active, on-the-go kids.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
