  • 1) Chop the white onion and Bell Pepper, discarding all waste.
  • 2) Pour some thawed sofrito sauce into a deep pan with the vegetables until the onion is translucent and the bell pepper loses a bit of its crunch.
  • 3) Add 1 package of Ground Turkey and 2/3 of the remaining sauce. Cook until the meat is cooked all the way thru.
  • 4) Add the frozen corn and the remainder of the sauce, allowing the corn to heat through.
  • 5) Place 4 flour tortillas in the microwave with a damp paper towel covering them, microwave for 15-20 secs.
  • 6) Assemble the tortillas into burritos serving with diced tomato and lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream.
  • Serve with a side of rice or pico de gallo.
