Directions

  1. Boil the chicken with chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic paste.
  2. Pour oil in a kadai (wok).
  3. Add in cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, chopped onion, tomatoes and corriander powder.
  4. Saute nicely till the entire kitchen smells of the aroma of the spices.
  5. Add boiled chicken and stir well till oil comes out from the mixture.
  6. Add salt, pepper powder and grated coconut paste.
  7. Allow to boil for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fried cumin seeds and corriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot.
