  • 1 (6 ounce) bottle , tapatio
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 sticks carrots
  • 2 -3 fresh eggs
  • 1 canola oil spray bottle

directions

  • Prepare the veggies by choping them up.
  • Prepare the eggs by cracking 2 or 3 of them, (depending on the guests you're serving), and whisk them together until blended.
  • Prepare a medium sized saucepan over a medium heat, and douse the pan with canola oil spray.
  • When pan is warm, add the veggies first, until they are crisp.
  • When the veggies are crisp, add the whisked eggs, and stir until the edges of the scrambled eggs are golden-brown.
  • At this time, you would add 4-5 shakes of the tapatio bottle to the pan, and stir the mixture.
  • Last, serve & enjoy your delicious breakfast!
