  • 1 (6 ounce) bottle , tapatio
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 sticks carrots
  • 2 -3 fresh eggs
  • 1 canola oil spray bottle

Directions

  1. Prepare the veggies by choping them up.
  2. Prepare the eggs by cracking 2 or 3 of them, (depending on the guests you're serving), and whisk them together until blended.
  3. Prepare a medium sized saucepan over a medium heat, and douse the pan with canola oil spray.
  4. When pan is warm, add the veggies first, until they are crisp.
  5. When the veggies are crisp, add the whisked eggs, and stir until the edges of the scrambled eggs are golden-brown.
  6. At this time, you would add 4-5 shakes of the tapatio bottle to the pan, and stir the mixture.
  7. Last, serve & enjoy your delicious breakfast!
