- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon minute tapioca
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

I tried this recipe because it was the only one I could find that didn't need eggs. I cooked it for over 20 minutes and it never really thickened! I gave up and let it cool. It never really thickened as it is supposed to. Not impressed. In the end we just poured it into mugs and had it for a drink instead (it did make a very tasty drink though!)
