- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 4 sprigs fresh tarragon
- 1⁄4 cup packed basil leaves
directions
- In large pot set over medium-high heat, bring vinegar to boil.
- Divide tarragon and basil between 2 decorative half-pint jars.
- Pour hot vinegar over herbs.
- Cap jars and let stand at room temperature 48 hours.
- Remove herbs.
