- 1⁄4 cup sweet relish (drained)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmans, no mircle whip)
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro (chopped small)
- 1⁄2 lemon, juiced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
directions
- In a small dish, combine relish with mayonnaise, mustard, cilantro and lemon juice. Stir thoroughly.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Top on fish!
