Tastes Just Like Fried Chicken Chicken

- 1 chicken
- 1 -2 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 large onion, chopped
- garlic powder
- sage
- salt
- pepper
- poultry seasoning
- parmesan cheese
directions
- 1 tablespoon oil on the bottom of a roasting pan. Cut up chicken s you would a fryer. Combine egg, milk, and oyster sauce, if desired.
- Dip chicken parts in wet mixture, then roll in flour. Place pieces in roasting pan so not touching.
- Toss in garlic clove and onion,.
- Sprinkle each piece with salt, pepper garlic powder, and poultry seasoning.
- Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until nicely browned. Then take each piece and flip over in roaster. Sprinkle with various above spices and parmesan cheese. Bake again for 25-30 minutes.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
