  1. Boil bow tie pasta according to package.
  2. Cut chicken & season with salt & pepper.
  3. Stir fry chicken in olive oil with 1 garlic bulb mince & Mrs. Dash.
  4. In other pan, heat 1/2 cup olive oil, peppers, 1 minced garlic bulb, onion and 1/2 tea Mrs. Dash.
  5. Once cooked, add to chicken. Set on low fire.
  6. Add pasta & top with parmesan cheese.
