Directions

  1. Heat olive oil and soften garlic and onion.
  2. Add peppers for a few minutes then add chicken.
  3. When chicken is white all over add tomatoes, stock cube, puree, water and seasoning.
  4. Cook gently for 15 mins till chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
  5. At this time cook pasta.
  6. Add peas if used and finally parsley before serving.
  7. Mix together the sauce and pasta.
