Ingredients: 1/4 cup oil; 3 limes, zest of; 1 lime, juice of; 3 tablespoons cumin; 1/2 cup fresh cilantro; 1 tablespoon dry oregano; 1 tablespoon salt; 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper; 3 garlic cloves; 1 (14 1/4 ounce) can beef broth; 3 tablespoons of your favourite hot sauce (make it your own)

ingredients

¹⁄₄ cup oil
3 limes, zest of
1 lime, juice of
3 tablespoons cumin
¹⁄₂ cup fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon dry oregano
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 (14 1/4 ounce) can beef broth
3 tablespoons of your favourite hot sauce (make it your own)

directions

Place all ingredients n a blender, or use stick blender if you are really cool.
Blend.
Marinade meat for at least a day. I like two. Really good with skinless boneless chicken thighs.
