Tasty Meatloaf
"This meatloaf is very tasty. The ground chicken contrasts slightly with the ground beef to give it a unique taste.If you like aslightly burnt meatloaf leave the meatloaf at 400 for the entire cooking time."

- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 lb ground chicken
- 3⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
directions
- Put breadcrumbs,eggs, and ketchup into large mixing bowl.
- In a food processor process the celery, carrot, and onion.
- Add to mixture.
- Add spices.
- Form into two seperate loaves on a pan.
- Coat each loaf with 1T ketchup and mustard.
- Bake in oven at 400 for 40 minutes and turn down to 350 for another 20 minutes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
