ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water (drained)
- 2 stalks scallions (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- fresh ground black pepper
directions
- Mix it all together and put it on bread. Add a slice of tomato or a leaf of lettuce if you are so inclined. Enjoy!
