Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (30 ounce) package frozen tater tots
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 -2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to temperature indicated on tater tot bag.
  2. Peel, cut or chop onion add to hamburger as browning (optional).
  3. Brown and drain hamburger.
  4. In a large glass casserole dish combine hamburger, cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup of milk and frozen mixed vegetables.
  5. Stir until well mixed.
  6. Place frozen tater tots on top of casserole (make sure they are evenly spread).
  7. Bake 45-60 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and the rest of the dish is heated through.
  8. About 10 minutes before the dish is finished, sprinkle the cheese on top and finish cooking.
