directions

  • Blend together salt,pepper, and 1/2 of the herbs.
  • Rub mixture on both sides of tuna steak.
  • Place in 9x9 baking dish.
  • With the remaining cilantro, oil, wine, and lemon juice - pour over steaks.
  • Cover and marinate for 24 hours.
  • Saute tuna in skillet about 6 minutes per side.
  • Serve.

  1. This is the way my Portuguese friend makes her tuna - only she uses parsley instead of cilantro or mint. Very good recipe which I'd highly recommend for tuna-lovers! I've already tried it with chicken instead of tuna, which is delicious, too. Thanks for posting this!
