  2. So soothing, subtle, and exquisite. Neither clementines nor mandarin oranges were available at my store, so I used minneolas and substituted agave nectar for the honey. This is so relaxing and enjoyable as a mid-afternoon snack and one that I can even make at the office. Thanks, FloridaNative!   3. I used tinned clementines for this as fresh are unavailable. A lovely dessert that is sophisticated enough to serve after a dinner party - so pretty. The honey and cardamom black tea dressing is sublime with the juices released by the clementines.
