ingredients
- 2 cups mandarin oranges or 2 cups clementines, segments
- 1⁄2 cup hot black tea
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
directions
- Place orange (or clementine) segments in a small bowl.
- Pour tea over them and drizzle with honey; sprinkle with cardamom.

So soothing, subtle, and exquisite. Neither clementines nor mandarin oranges were available at my store, so I used minneolas and substituted agave nectar for the honey.
