  1. Drain potatoes.
  2. Place in bowl with other ingredients and mash well.
  3. smooth 1/2 of mix into each pie shell.
  4. cut pads of margarine or butter and place around top of pies.
  5. sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on pie.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 1.5 hours.
