Can you believe they didn't have a single whole pork loin at the store??? I wound up using sliced pork loin and since I didn't have broth I added 2 Tbsp of Knorr chicken boullion in 2 cups water and 2 Tbsp of Worsteshire (couldn't find Dale's or Moore's either) - not only did it smell awesome while cooking it was absolutely delicious!!! We even used the juice over mashed potatoes, it rocked the house! Great recipe!

My dh and ds raved and raved about this recipe. I used a pork loin roast and was lucky enough to find the Dale's Seasoning in a specialty grocery store since I had never heard of it. I also used the garlic powder. We had it as a roast with mashed potatoes and zucchini ribbons with basil butter (Recipe # 34110 and 50185) and again as pork sandwiches. This roast is well seasoned and will be made many times. Thanks, Parkers Mom, for sharing.
