Tenderest Pork Roast Ever

"This is the easiest recipe ever. you will have people raving over this recipe. a definite crowd pleaser. i will never make this roast any other way. the chicken broth tenderizes the pork like you would never believe and adds so much flavor to the pork. this also makes the best dipping sauce ever. this is a perfect recipe because you can just throw it in the crock pot and sleep for 8-10 hours or you can prepare it the night before and turn the crock pot on as you are walking out the door to start your busy day."

  1. for all you ppl that are not familiar with Dave's it is in the condiment isle at your local grocer, by the steak sauces and bottled marinades. Krogers or any of their affiliates carries this awesome stuff, can't wait to try this sound awesome

  2. Can you believe they didn't have a single whole pork loin at the store??? I wound up using sliced pork loin and since I didn't have broth I added 2 Tbsp of Knorr chicken boullion in 2 cups water and 2 Tbsp of Worsteshire (couldn't find Dale's or Moore's either) - not only did it smell awesome while cooking it was absolutely delicious!!! We even used the juice over mashed potatoes, it rocked the house! Great recipe!

  3. My dh and ds raved and raved about this recipe. I used a pork loin roast and was lucky enough to find the Dale's Seasoning in a specialty grocery store since I had never heard of it. I also used the garlic powder. We had it as a roast with mashed potatoes and zucchini ribbons with basil butter (Recipe # 34110 and 50185) and again as pork sandwiches. This roast is well seasoned and will be made many times. Thanks, Parkers Mom, for sharing.

  4. I have fixed this several times. Since there is just me and hubby. I use a smaller roast and cut back on the Dales so it won't be too saltly. Thanks for sharing this great recipe!

  5. i have made pork tenderloin in the oven with just plain dales. This recipe in a crock pot with dales and all of the other good stuff blows my recipe away!!!! I marinated the roast with all of the other ingredients overnight before I cooked it. :):)
