Directions

  1. Marinate tenderloin in wine for 1 hour at room temperature.
  2. Roast or grill meat to desired doneness.
  3. Slice and serve with marsala sauce.
  4. For sauce:.
  5. Melt butter.
  6. Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms and add broth, Worcestershire sauce, and wine.
  8. Cook and stir until sauce is smooth and thickened.
  9. Makes 2 c sauce.
