ingredients

1 8 inch unbaked pie crust
3 eggs, beaten
¹⁄₄ cup margarine
1 ¹⁄₃ cups sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 pinch salt
¹⁄₃ cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 (3 1/2 ounce) can coconut

directions

Cream butter and sugar,add rest of ingredients and pour into pie crust.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool befor serving.
