  1. I used this to marinate about 2 pounds of thin steaks. It gave the meat a wonderful citrus flavor that went really well with a mango/pineapple salsa. I just put all the ingredients in a ziploc bag for easy cleanup. Thanks BMXmomto4!

  2. This is a great marinade...my meat that was pre-sliced thin for carne asada came out nice and tender...I tossed in 1/2 a sliced jalapeno for some heat...cooked it in a really hot cast iron skillet...and served it street taco style...my photo is of the raw meat in the marinade...btw...you can really taste a hint of tequila...made for "What's On The Menu" tag game...

  3. Great Mexican flavor, had a bbq with some cousins and coworkers and everybody loved it. Will certainly try it again

  4. This gave an excellent flavor to flank steak that I grilled, sliced and served in tortillas with rice and beans. I followed the recipe exactly, and added a bit of salt and pepper to the meat after removing from the marinade and prior to grilling. I will be making this again and again!
