  1. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Prick all over with a fork.
  2. In a medium bowl combine tequila, lime juice, oil, cilantro, salt and pepper. Add chicken and turn to coat.
  3. Marinate at room temperature, turning several times, 30-60 minutes.
  4. Prepare hot grill or broiler. Set chicken about 6 inches from the heat and grill or broil, turning occasionally, until cooked through with no trace of pink near the bone, about 25 minutes.
