- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons cilantro
directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse a few times.
- Marinade for Chicken, fish, pork or beef.
