  • Cut up garlic and ginger.
  • In the pot, stir together everything except the chicken.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Simmer the mixture on 3-4/10 for 10-15 minutes or until it has thickened.
  • While the sauce simmers, line the casserole dish with aluminum foil and wash the chicken, placing it into the lined casserole dish, then take a fork and poke holes in each side of the chicken in a few places.
  • Once the sauce has thickened, cover the chicken with the sauce, then cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil.
  • Cook for 20 minutes covered, then uncover, turn over the chicken, and cook another 20 minutes.
