Teriyaki Chicken and Brown Rice

"I got this recipe a few years ago off the back of a Minute Brown Rice box. We have made this not only at home but when we have been camping. It is quick and easy to make. I also use unsalted nuts."

  1. I had planned on trying this by myself, but "S" smelled it while it was cooking and couldn't hardly wait to try it. Well, I had orginally cut the recipe in half cause it WAS just for me. It was so good I had to make another batch before we both were satisfied. Cheap, Easy and Great! Thanks for posting.

  2. We all thought this was great! I love how easy and quick it was to make. I used boneless skinless thighs and omitted the oil. I realized at the last sec that I didn't have enough brocolli, so I threw in some peas with it. Thank you for sharing and God Bless you.

  4. Oh I loved this for it's simpleness and quickness as well as for taste. I did add a little more of the teriyaki and will probably trying this with the soy sauce. I chose this recipe for PAC Fall 2006. I have enjoyed all your recipes D's Darling. Thank you!!!
