  1. Warm up covered skillet on medium heat.
  2. Form turkey into 4 burgers.
  3. Put 1 tbls of ginger on each burger and place ginger side down in pan. Put 1 tbls of teriyaki and 1 tbls of ginger on top cover for 8 - 10 mins, cooking half way through.
  4. Flip and place one more tbls of teriyaki on top.
  5. Cook thoroughly and serve over rice.
