- 1⁄2 cup dry sherry
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons ginger, ground
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
- 2 slices lemons
directions
- In a medium bowl, stir together sherry, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and lemon.
- Place meat or chicken in marinade and refrigerate for 1-2 hours prior to cooking.

<br>We often host parties for crowds from anywhere from 4 to 50 people. Some of our party themes have been Southwestern, Italian, Dessert & Cocktails, Mom's Brunch, Halloween and others. Our guests usually bring something to add to the mix and a great time is had by all.
