- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil (or high heat oil)
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 -4 garlic cloves, minced (depending on taste)
- 2 -4 teaspoons gingerroot, minced (depending on taste)
directions
- Mix ingredients well.
- Marinate chicken, beef, seafood in sauce for as long as possible.
- Cook on charcoal grill until done depending on cut of meat. (Also does well in the broiler).
- Use excess sauce for basting.
