¹⁄₂ cup soy sauce
¹⁄₄ cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 garlic clove, minced
¹⁄₂ teaspoon ground ginger
¹⁄₈ teaspoon pepper
2 lbs beef top sirloin steaks

directions

Place all ingredients (except Steak) in blender and blend until smooth.
Marinade steak for 24 hours.
