Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. shape into 6 firmly pressed patties 1/2" thick.
  2. When ready to grill, lightly oil grill rack. Place patties on grill over medium heat. Cook 8 to 10 minutes until no longer pink in center turning once (Do Not press while cooking).
  3. Serve as you would a normal burger, or serve with fresh pineapple rings, teriyaki or sweet and sour sauce, and sesame buns.
