Directions

  1. Put broccoli and cauliflower into a casserole dish.
  2. Mix together soup, mayo and shredded cheese. Pour over top of veg mixture.
  3. Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and melted butter.
  4. Pour over veg.
  5. Bake at 350°F.
  6. 45 minutes.
