Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb chicken, cut in strips
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 12 cups chunky salsa
  • 1 cup mexican cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Toss chicken with seasoning and flour in slow cooker.
  2. Stir in vegetables and salsa. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Stir before serving topped with cheese.
