Marvelous! Absolutly delicious! I don't care much for plain Ketchup and this jazed up mayo was perfect to dip French Fries in as well as going nicely on a sandwich. Next time I'm going to try subing Smoked Chipotle Powder for the Cayenne. That might prove interesting. I placed all of the ingredients in a large Zip-lock bag and kneaded the bag 'til the mayo was well mixed. I cut a lower corner off of the bag and piped the mayo into a recycled mayo squeeze bottle to make it handy and easy to store. This is a keeper, no doubt! Thanx!

Un ... be ... lievable ..!! Wish I would have found this years ago! Really out of this world! I altered it very slightly by: slightly decreasing the amount of mayo, while slightly increasing the amount of ketchup. I also omitted the garlic powder and substituted it with 1/4 t of dill, 1/4 t of dried basil and 1/4 t of thyme. I put the sauce on a sandwich I made, i.e. a chicken (boneless, skinless, unbreaded chicken breast baked in the oven), sandwich on toasted sourdough along with a slice of swiss cheese, and it was the best sandwich I have ever had!
