- 118.29 ml sweet onion
- 44.37 ml olive oil
- 473.18 ml white rice
- 283.49 g can chicken broth
- 2.46 ml cumin
- 4.92 ml black pepper
- 44.37 ml blender hot sauce

Blender Hot Sauce
- 283.49 g can Rotel Tomatoes
- 226.79 g can san marzano tomatoes
- 1 sweet onion
- 3 green onions
- 14.79 ml chopped garlic
- 14.79 ml lime juice
- 118.29 ml celery rib
- 9.85 ml black pepper
- 59.14 ml trappey's jalapeno
- 4.92 ml seasoning salt
- 4.92 ml sugar
- 118.29 ml cilantro leaf
directions
- Blender Hot Sauce- Put all ingredients in the blender and liquify until all ingredients are completly chopped. Refrigerate.
- Tex-Mex Rice- Put olive oil in a deep saute pan. Heat. Add onions and begin to saute. Add dry rice and cumin, cook and stir until toasted. Add 3 TBS blender hot sauce,and 1 can chicken broth. Cook until liquid is half gone. Remove from stove and cover . Let sit about 5-8 minutes. Enjoy!
