Tex Mex Spaghetti

"We use ground turkey products quite often. This is a recipe that I found on the Jennie-O Turkey Store site with a few changes to make this a one-dish meal. A great dish for a family with hungry teen age boys."

  1. This is the kind of recipe I like! Even though there are only 2 of us for meals a lot of the time, I made the whole thing & froze the rest in 2 packets for future use! Loved the ease of prep here as well as the great taste! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in I Recommend recipe tag]

  2. Very nice recipe, quick to make and tasty! I used hot turkey sausage and macaroni as that's what I had on hand; I left out the onions as I don't care for them. Great easy meal using ingredients I always have on hand - thanks for sharing the recipe!

  3. This was a nice change from the usual spaghetti dinners we have. I added a large minced jalepeno to the simmering sauce and it really packed a punch. This was a healthy meal that came together quick. Thanks for posting.

  4. This is wonderful spaghetti sauce. There's a lot of flavor for an easy 30 minutes work. I used precooked turkey kielbasa ground up in the processor, casing and all. Recipe #1183 was a great addition.
