Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 potatoes, cut in slices of 3 mm thickness
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • steak seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat barbecue to low temperature.
  2. In a bowl, mix potatoes and olive oil. Put the potatoes on the grill grate of the barbecue and cook about 8 minutes on each side.
  3. Sprinkle the potatoes with the steak seasoning.
