  • Grease a 9x13" baking pan.
  • Spread 1/2 of the grated cheeses on the bottom.
  • Cover with the chiles.
  • Top with the other half of the cheeses.
  • Mix eggs with mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Pour over cheese.
  • Bake@ 375 for 30 minutes.
  • Cut into squares to serve.

  1. I used mild/medium cheddar cheese and did not use the mustard or Worcestershire sauce. It is great! You can freeze the squares and also serve cut up squares in hot buttered noodles for the kids.

<p>I love to cook and bake. I have three boys and a DH who don't mind trying new things. I really try to have something different for dinner every night, unless of course it is a favorite. Also, we have a large family and get together alot, so I tend to look for easy recipes that feed a crowd. Love to try new appetizers and desserts. I read ALOT and belong to a neighborhood book club. If it is out there, I have probably read it!</p>
