  • Dice the chicken meat and place in a food processor with the other ingredients. Blitz until well combined.
  • Using wet hands, shape the meat into even-sized burgers.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the burgers for 4 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.
